kepentingan menjaga kesihatan dalaman bagi seorang wanita .. 'sengkak'

assalamualaikum..

tengah hari tadi tengok topik ni kat whi. mula2 xdapat langsung nak agak apa tu sengkak.. jenuh teka.. ingatkan rasa senak sebab angin atau terlalu banyak minum air hahahahaha jauh sungguh maksudnya :)

sempat la google cari extra info pasal ni.. antaranya :-


Many multipliers pm me to ask if I do sengkak as my treatment. No, I do sengkak only if I found it to be low. Low womb would cause incontinence and pain around the cervical/vaginal area. My sengkak is gentle and painless, yet still effective. So sengkak does not necessarily be a scary experience.

My treatment is more towards massaging the abdomen, feeling for problems area and treat them, with a careful techniques, so as not to cause more harm than good.



By the way, I would like to advise women who have given birth to do sengkak at least once or twice a year. This is VERY IMPORTANT because due to the wear and tear during pregnancy and birth, the muscles holding the womb tend to be weak thus causing the uterus to 'dropped'. Many SERIOUS womb problems could start in our early 30s and these can be prevented if we treat our uterus regularly.

if u'r active..very the active...sengkak can be done bila-2 u nak this is more so after delivery..tak kira bila larr asal routine-ly done so that the womb would be stronger as kan si womb tu dah kena stretch during pregnancy carrying those wt ard for almsot 10mths!



sengkak ni what i know is untuk naikkan kembali tempat peranakan kita. Maklumlah, kita kalau terlalu banyak angkat barang berat pun tempat beranak boleh terturun.



jadi cara terbaik adalah pergi berurut. bukan sebab dengan mudah nya terpedaya dengan comment2 tu terus nak gi urut jugak.. takkkk.. sebenarnya bila fikir betul2 memang patut pun kita buat sesuatu untuk betulkan balik kedudukan peranakan tu. bayangkan selama 9 bulan macam2 perubahan berlaku.

untuk kepentingan masa depan xsalah kalau beringat dari sekarang. lagipun kalau xsilap tadi dalam tv ada bagitau kalau x urut dari awal boleh akibatkan badan rasa berat, sakit bila nak bangun dan berjalan. sebab mudah yang saya boleh terfikir mungkin sebab peranakan tu dah jatuh dan menekan organ lain jadi mengakibatkan ketidakselesaan.
